What is your primary product or service?
Dog Sitting, Boarding and Daycare.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I always knew I wanted to work with animals. I absolutely love being at home with the dogs all day! It doesn't feel like work at all.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I keep dogs that aren't your typical pet. These dogs are like family members to their owners so I make sure to treat each and every dog like royalty. I have tunnels, tents, toys and interactive games for the pups to play with. I work around the customers schedule as best as possible. I try my best to take stress off of the owners by doing what I can to accommodate them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now I just do business out of my home. I plan to open a full daycare in the future but am focused on building a client base in the community before trying to expand.
